Sleep Test
Take the Epworth Sleepiness Test at Home
The Epworth Sleepiness Test (invented in Australia) is a first measure of how sleepy a person is during the day, and hence a measure of the possibility a person snores or lives with a snorer, and is suffering from sleep deprivation. Score each activity for your doziness factor using the scale below and then total it all up.
0 = Would Never Doze
1 = Slight Chance of Dozing
2 = Moderate Chance of Dozing
3 = High Chance of Dozing
