Welcome to the world’s first snoring podcast!   What is a podcast?   Think of it as an audio show — like a mini radio show — that is distributed on the Internet using an RSS feed. 

If you have an RSS reader, it will automatically download the podcast feeds to which you subscribe directly to your computer, and then, it can be automatically synched to your I-Pod or portable MP3 player. 

That’s when a podcast becomes "radio-to-go."  Instead of listening to your favorite tunes, you can listen to your favorite downloaded podcasts.
